Using Edyvo means accepting these terms. The platform is operated by the Edyvo team.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Edyvo. Users under 18 require parental consent.

Edyvo uses magic-link email authentication. You are responsible for the security of your email account. One account per person is permitted.

Creators import content from Instagram and Telegram. By importing you confirm you own the rights to that content. Edyvo receives a non-exclusive license to display content within learning tracks. Creators retain full ownership of their content.

Learning progress, quiz scores, and completion data are stored to provide a personalised education experience. Spaced repetition schedules are generated algorithmically.

Paid tracks and certificates are priced by the creator (certificates may be offered free of charge) and are processed via Stripe. Edyvo charges a flat 20% platform fee on every sale; the remaining 80% is paid to the creator via Stripe Connect. Certificates require an 80%+ quiz score across all track lessons. Certificates are non-refundable once issued.

Scraping, reverse engineering, impersonation, or distributing platform content without consent is prohibited. Automated access beyond normal browser usage is not permitted.

Edyvo may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account by contacting support.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Edyvo is not liable for the accuracy of content imported from creator sources.

Courses on this platform are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence from material the publishing creator has authored and imported. The creator controls the content, edits it where they choose, and decides what is published; automated quality checks run before publication, but the platform does not independently verify the accuracy of course content. Content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. The provenance of course content is disclosed on each course page.
